What public site does

Kikapu itself does not set analytics or marketing cookies and does not use local storage. Cloudflare may process request data to deliver and protect this Pages site; Discord processes data when you follow Discord link or use its service. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.

Service data

Running Kikapu services may process account, API-key metadata, tenant/deployment and manifest metadata, node capability/status, logs, metrics, routing records, and support or abuse-report information. We use it to run, secure, debug, operate, and enforce service policy; recipients can include operators, opted-in node owners where workload operation requires it, infrastructure providers, and authorities where law requires.

Node-owner root boundary

Node-owner root can inspect workload processes, storage, environment values, signed desired-state cache contents, and Podman state. Do not submit secrets or data you are unwilling to disclose to selected node owner.

Retention, rights, choices

We retain service data only while needed for operation, security, legal obligations, disputes, and backups, then delete or de-identify it under operational limits. Contact privacy@kikapu.nomonlab.com to request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or information about processing. We may need identity verification and may explain any lawful limit. Kikapu does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
